Presentation:
You may select the type of framing that you want: The pricing listed includes framing with Nielsen profile metal frames. You can select different Nielsen metal frame styles and colors at no added cost. If you would like a wood frame, we can do that as well and will only charge the difference in materials and workmanship cost. What matters, is that you choose the presentation that you like the most.
Please note that prices listed do not include taxes or shipping. Shipping is added to your order based on destination.
Warranties:
Three warranties are provided to protect your investment:
1) A quality print: A hand made quality print will be delivered to you.
2) Lifetime Fade-free warrantee: John’s work is exclusively printed using fade-free fine art archival papers and inks. All artwork comes with our exclusive Fade Free Warranty designed to protect your investment: if your artwork was to fade, it will be replaced at no charge for as long as you own it. No questions asked, just return the artwork and a new piece will be shiped to you right away.
3) Lifetime Framing Warranty: If you purchased your artwork framed from us, and if your framed artwork was to get damaged because of our framing, we will reframe it or replace it at no charge. Sometimes the materials used by framers --such as tape, matboard, backing board, etc, can damage your artwork. To prevent this we use only use the finest archival materials, and we guarantee that our framing will not damage your artwork in any way. However, if for some reason something was ever to happen, you are 100% covered. This warranty applies to each and every piece we frame and mat for you.
Each photograph is signed by John F Hill. Each print is both hand-signed and hand-numbered, on the print and on the mat, by John. This way, if you decide to remat your artwork, you will still have John’s signature on the print.
Each print carries the unique John F Hill certificate of Authenticity
The certificate guarantees that you own an original John F Hill Fine Art photograph. John's Lifetime fade free warranty is honored on all artwork printed by John F Hill. John's lifetime Framing Warranty is honored on all artwork framed by us.
Photographs as limited editions:
Many images are provided as limited editions. When the complete edition has been issued the edition is closed. A certificate of authenticity accompanies each photograph. Limited Editions are made available in three size ranges. Premier: Framed image up to 20x24 inches; Gallery: Framed image up to 32x40 inches; and Museum: Framed image up to 40x60 inches. The number of prints for each of the Premier and Gallery editions is listed but is normally limited to 25. The Museum editon is limited to 5.
Custom sizes can be produced within a size category and will count toward the edition. Each image printed by me and numbered as such counts within the edition. No more than 5 artists fine art proofs will be produced of each image. Images available as Unlimited Numbered Edition prints will be numbered and signed by John and are available in the same size categories. John retains all copyrights to the images.
Our prices increase regularly:
This pricing structure guarantees that your investment increases in value proportionally. All orders placed after a price increase are billed at the new prices. We do reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
Shipping:
Shipping costs will include packaging costs and are calculated based on destination (from Easton, Connecticut to your home or office). Orders are shipped via US Priority Mail, UPS or Fedex and are shipped insured and traceable. Your package is normally shipped a couple of days after we receive your order, unless we are away.
Your package is both insured and traceable:
John wants you to receive your artwork in perfect condition. To this end all the necessary precautions are taken so that your photograph is not damaged during shipping. Matted and framed photographs are packed within multiple oversize layers of cardboard and corners are reinforced. We will not ship glass in the frames in order to protect the artwork. True Vue Museum Glass is included at no added cost on framed photographs picked up or delivered. All orders must be prepaid in full. All packages are insured and trackable.
If for some reason your package was damaged during shipping, despite all the care taken in packing it, you are covered by our exclusive free replacement warranty. Just call to get a return authorization and return the damaged item to us and we will ship you a brand new piece at no extra charge.
We want you to enjoy your artwork for years to come and to have wonderful memories associated with it.
Returns:
Any return must be pre-approved. Personally autographed and/or dated pieces or pieces which were altered, modified, reframed or re-matted by someone other than John Hill may not be returned. Your piece must be in like-new condition when we receive it. This offer only applies to limited edition prints. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping from your location to ours. If you have purchased multiple pieces from us and wish to return them for a refund you need to ship your pieces back to us all at the same time, preferably in a single package. Your return needs to be insured and trackable. Each return must be preceded by communication with us by phone or in person (no email) gaining return approval. Returns for which we have not been notified, and returns that have not been approved by us, will be returned to sender. Our policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
